- Estimates are based on available project information at the time of consultation.

- Timelines may change due to materials, weather, change requests, or unforeseen issues.

- Start dates are confirmed after deposit receipt.

 

Change Requests

Changes to the approved project scope, design, or materials may result in added costs and timeline adjustments.

 

Payments

- Deposits may be required before scheduling or material ordering.

- Payment schedules are outlined in the project agreement.

- Final payment is due upon substantial completion unless otherwise agreed.

 

Customer Responsibilities

- Providing access to the work area

- Removing personal belongings when possible

- Keeping pets and children away from active work zones

 

Quality & Warranty

Twin Grove values professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail. Warranty information, if applicable, will be included in the project contract.
